You will be responsible for helping Worldline to improve further its financial performance as it grows. As part of the Global Bid & Investment Control team, you will manage and operate the Bid (offers to the clients) Control and Investment Control processes across the Worldline Group. You will manage some of the largest bids and investments yourself and, with your colleagues and the Head of Bid & Investment Control, contribute to the leadership of a global network of bid and investment controllers throughout the company. You will join a small team which takes pride in its contribution to the company, understands and delivers its responsibilities to a high standard and enjoys its working life together.
Your day to day responsibilities:
•You schedule and chair the bid and investment reviews, ensure the right stakeholders are invited; this role will focus mainly on investment reviews, but will be fully cross-trained to manage bid reviews as well
•You write the minutes of the reviews, which may be held with the top management of Worldline
•You act as a consultant to the bid and investment teams to help them optimize their opportunities/investments.
•You support local bid & investment controllers, assure that the right reviews are held and clearly documented and the whole process is delivered to a high standard
•You keep all the documents and templates related to the processes up to date.
•You create the right training materials and delivering training as required
•You manage Salesforce and SharePoint tools at an advanced level (SharePoint site maintenance, SF problem-solving, SF business rules)
Skills we can’t do without:
•Excellent written and spoken business English
•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a fluctuating workload
•Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
•Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams at literally all levels in the company
Skills we’d like:
•Understanding of key financial concepts (P&L, cash flow, capitalization, etc)
•A previous experience of Sales Operations/ Bid Management/ Compliance /Business Analysis would be beneficial, and a knowledge of the Payments/ IT/ Telco/ SW environment would be a great asset
