Job description:

·        Planning and Organizing production orders and resources

·        Managing employees in the press and laser cutting department.

·        Ensuring their team reach their efficiency targets.

·        Training staff, and planning their development.

·        Coaching and mentoring their team members.

·        Managing Finances and Resources

·        Overseeing budget lines.

·        Approving holidays and issue specific production reports .

Requirements:

•         Higher education in the technical field

•         Orientation towards results and good technical skills;

•         Leadership;

•         Establishing and planning activities, priorities and problem solving;

•         Good communication and management skills of a team;

•         Sustained attention to detail;

•         SAP knowledge is a plus;

•         Fluent level of written and spoken English;
