Skills

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable qualification
• Very good English skills
• Very good knowledge in web development and frontend technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, VueJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript)
• Good knowledge in the Microsoft .NET environment (C#)
• Basic experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in building and using distributed computing architectures (e.g. Docker, Linux)
• (Several years of) professional experience in the field of software development
• Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and technologies (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
• Good analytical skills and a high technical affinity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as open-mindedness towards new and diverse tasks
• High motivation, flexibility and willingness to travel

Tasks

• Handling agile software projects in the production environment of our international production sites
• Development, implementation and operation of software solutions with a production focus
• Design and implementation of web applications and dashboards
• Support in the development of modern software architecture solutions of distributed applications
• Close cross-functional collaboration with international specialists and managers from the areas of digitalization, IT, engineering, logistics, production and quality
• Helping to shape the software development strategy for thyssenkrupp Bilstein
• Evaluation of new technologies for use in industrial scenarios
