We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Development and optimization of promotional, trigger, and transactional communications;
- Development of existing and search for new communication channels;
- Work with metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate;
- Audience segmentation: work with cohorts and user groups;
- Setting up and launching promotional mechanics for different types of audiences;
- Setting up and launching communications;
- Formation and testing of hypotheses to improve company metrics;
- Automation of successful tests;
- Interaction with other departments of the company.
Qualifications
- min 1 year of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
- high analytical skills;
- adaptability, responsibility, flexibility;
- readiness for high workload/dynamic work;
- knowledge and ability to navigate sports events
