The Role
- Identify and develop key accounts by various methods; sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking and cross selling, ad chasing
- Negotiate the commercial terms and conditions
- Build solid relationships with clients to understand the details of hiring needs
- Develop strategies to recruit the right caliber of candidates for clients with recruiting managers
- Provide advice to clients on the market place, trends and salary levels
- Develop an acquisition and retention strategy to establish long term partnerships with clients
- Participate in the events for candidates or clients, and local PR activities
- Develop the business relationships with relevant professional organizations

- Minimum 3 year of experience in sales (hunter role)
