The Staffing Coordinator is an internal delivery role and reports directly to the Service Owner. His or her main responsibility is to ensure that delivery requests coming from the Global Service Area Manager are staffed with the best fitting people to achieve best possible delivery results. To ensure this, the Staffing Coordinator considers different constrains like personnel, time and organizational related needs and actively balances resources and capacities.
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for:
■ Operational resource planning and scheduling on daily basis, even possible changes at short notice and assigning resources to Queues/Projects/etc.
■ Mid-to-long-term planning of capacity needs and availability considering group member’s availability and skills
■ Managing availability together with Global Service Managers, Service Owners and Delivery Organization for additional resources
■ Maintains central capacity and availability related information about resources
■ Reporting tasks regarding utilization, forecasting (shifts, projects, tasks)
■ Support resources in delivery unit onboarding processes
■ Monitor ticket queues and interact with delivery teams to ensure service level agreements are met
■ Support our Global SAP business by handling SAP requests, orders and C-Users
Convince us with your potential
■ Work experience of at least 1 year, most preferable in AMS service area, working in a ticket based working environment or experience in assistant positions
■ Effective and business fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
■ High degree of reliability and thoroughness
■ Creativity and joy in planning
■ Good skills in operating MS Excel for reporting
