Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a Sales Department Development Specialist with substantial

experience in auto transport brokerage to enhance our sales operations. This role is crucial for

refining our sales strategy, improving agent recruitment processes, and enhancing the overall

productivity of our sales team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise from the auto

transport industry and a track record of effective team development and strategic sales

planning.



Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new sales agents, ensuring a fit not only in skills but also

in alignment with our company’s values and goals.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new agents, providing them with the necessary tools and

knowledge to succeed quickly within our operations.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that accelerates the competency of

new agents to meet and exceed our operational standards.

- Collaborate with senior management to design incentive plans and compensation strategies

that motivate outstanding performance and drive business results.

- Ensure that all sales strategies are in compliance with industry regulations and maintain the

high integrity of our business practices.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of sales activities, utilizing data to inform and adjust

strategies as needed.



Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the auto transport brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of its

dynamics and challenges.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sales teams, with a focus on rapid training and

achievement of high standards.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and

driving growth.

- Expertise in creating effective incentive and compensation plans.

- Proficient in CRM systems and data analytics, with a keen eye for identifying trends and

opportunities for improvement.
