About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team - the one who will create and manage our marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a MUST.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive marketing experience, ideally from within the B2B sector.
- Excellent attention to detail, with experience in digital and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent resource investigator, an innovator, able to bring new thoughts and resources to the group.
- Social Media acumen with focus on LinkedIn.
- Creative communicator.
- Team player able to work in fat-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and content strategy development.
- Design, implementation and execution of all communication and marketing campaigns.
- Build brand awareness to generate sales leads.
- Create coherent brand messages across all communications and channels (primary LinkedIn).
- Work with relevant agencies and stakeholders to develop creative, innovative and effective advertising, collateral, sales tools and online assets.
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with other companies to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in hospitality.
- Measure impact and performance of marketing campaigns, provide feedback to senior executives.
- Keep up to date on hospitality industry trends, initiatives, and insight.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
