About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team - the one who will create and manage our marketing campaigns.


Requirements:


  • Fluent English is a MUST.
  • 3+ years of experience. 
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally from within the B2B sector.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with experience in digital and email marketing.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent resource investigator, an innovator, able to bring new thoughts and resources to the group.
  • Social Media acumen with focus on LinkedIn.
  • Creative communicator.
  • Team player able to work in fat-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing and content strategy development.
  • Design, implementation and execution of all communication and marketing campaigns.
  • Build brand awareness to generate sales leads.
  • Create coherent brand messages across all communications and channels (primary LinkedIn).
  • Work with relevant agencies and stakeholders to develop creative, innovative and effective advertising, collateral, sales tools and online assets.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with other companies to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in hospitality.
  • Measure impact and performance of marketing campaigns, provide feedback to senior executives.
  • Keep up to date on hospitality industry trends, initiatives, and insight.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
