We are looking for a new team member to support our estate experts in customer service.
Erblotse.de is the first digital platform to help heirs inherit. Our customers have a variety of challenges to deal with when they manage the inheritance process: From finding first information on which steps to take first, to terminating contracts and obtaining documents from authorities, to dissolving the household and selling real estate. In all these and many other tasks, our estate experts support our clients, who come from Germany and abroad.
We need you as a project manager because you
- coordinate and manage the interfaces with clients, banks, lawyers, authorities, insurance companies, etc,
- coordinate multiple tasks and projects independently and find good solutions for new challenges,
- keep the customer management system up to date,
- prepare the application for important documents,
- prepare and send quotations and kindly remind the customer to return them,
- check incoming invoices,
- keep a constant eye on the processes and develop them further, so that we can constantly increase the support quality for our customers.
If you
- have very good German and English skills
- enjoy working as part of an experienced, interdisciplinary team,
- want to set new standards in customer service with this team,
- have a high level of process orientation in addition to a high level of customer orientation
- are familiar with the usual office management tools and enjoy working with additional, modern digital tools,
- are used to working with distributed teams,
- have an independent, structured and reliable way of working with the ability to improvise and solve problems independently,
- have an education as a legal and notary assistant and
- you share with us the vision that after an inheritance, the heirs should still celebrate the following Christmases peacefully together,
