We’re looking for an IT System Engineer to:
• Bring a technology driven approach to resolving issues and driving improvement through the use of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices,
• Bring a change driven mindset who wants to challenge established processes and protocols seeking true change by leveraging DevOps skills and practices
• Wants to understand business process front to back and identify opportunities for improvement and the deliver on them through the usage of AiOps and data science principles
• Achieve seamless transaction processing in a varied technology landscape
• Wants to ensure that future processes are robust and efficient and be a key part of technology change
Your team
You’ll be working in the Risk team in Krakow focusing on trade flow processing across multiple front office systems delivering risk results to multiple downstream consumers. We provide the enablement of Front Office trading to expand and grow by ensure seamless trade flow integration between a landscape of platforms and products. This benefits our business in being able to react faster to market conditions and grow our client base in a timely and efficient manner. As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that seamless trade flow occurs, remediating those and then developing and growing the product landscape.
You’ll be part of a diverse multicultural global team operating across all timezones out of 7 countries. Due to the spread of applications and flows you will be challenged to understand the business model, interactions and will never be short of an opportunity to learn and expand your own knowledge.
We use a variety of technology across the spectrum from cloud, to batch, to distributed client / server models with multiple languages, patterns and practices in place. Your expertise
As a technical role, you will need to have a breadth of basic skills, you don’t need to be a superstar in all of these, but should know some of the basics and essentials
