Mission

As a Business Analyst (BA) you will oversee and perform analytical and conceptual activities for the DCEN Lung Cancer Squad on one or many capabilities in order to make our customer engagement as meaningful as our science.


The job is 100% remote opportunity.


What you’ll be working on

●    Support the development and implementation of DCEN Lung Cancer strategies.

●    Work with the delivery project team to ensure that the final solution matches customer’s needs and is delivered according to plan.

●    Often assumes the additional roles of Digital Expert, UX/UI researcher/ designer, Architect and IT Business Partner when appropriate.

●    Act as an interface between business and IT functions and as a contact point for business leads in order to get things done.

●    Collaborate with the Product Manager/Owner and other leaders to translate business strategy in technology enabled strategies, feasibility studies and clarification of available technologies of the market and internally.

●    Perform typical Business Analysis activities and creates deliverables as per Roche standards within a squad/project like a Business Case, Project Charter, User Stories, and Project Reports.

●    Focus on getting things done, even when it requires extra flexibility and working out of the comfort zone.

●    Manage, engage and collaborate with stakeholders from all levels and parts of the organisation.

 

The ideal candidate

●    Has business domain knowledge on Digital Engagement such digital channels, compelling content, intelligent engagement, feedback tools and data and analytics.

●    Understands patient journeys in Lung cancer or similar. The brighter the better: Diagnose, treatment, monitoring.

●    Is passionate about customer centric approaches, with high empathy for patients and HCPs, serving them as they are the motto of the project. Is able to place yourself in the shoes of the patient / caregiver / HCPs.

●    Is intuitive and anticipate what patients and HCPs need NOW, by reading between lines and capturing as many insights as possible

●    Has the typical skills expected from a Business Analyst, i.e.: business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and design, usability and a high level of creativity to transform insights into feasible ideas that will support patients and HCPs in having a smooth journey

●    Has an Agile mindset in the approach to work, i.e.:

○    Enables a diverse group of partners to speak with a single voice

○    Ensures the right information is available to the development team in the right level of detail at the right time so that the product can be developed and matches customers needs

●    Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity and has a strong passion to bring value-adding technology to the business.

●    Is flexible and adaptable to work on high-pressure situations

●    Has outstanding stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders

●    Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset

●    Is fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

●    Has cross-cultural awareness achieved by working with countries with different cultures

●    3y+ of Healthcare industry experience
