Role Profile: Adoption Metrics Specialist
● Has the mindset to recognize the importance of demonstrating Return on Investment in a Change Management program
● Partner and relationship build with multiple functions to identify key KPIs on the Adoption Journey. For example, field colleagues, product teams, program colleagues.
● Develop our Why, How and What of success measurement
● Ensure we create a robust set of KPIs combining qualitative and quantitative with direct connections with the value generated
● Identify and partner with stakeholders to create an innovative scalable solution for visually demonstrating the data
● Leverage from existing teams and tools to deliver our objectives
● Be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity
● Have the passion, energy and drive to inspire appropriate outputs
● Be thorough, well organized, happy to collaborate
● Initial focus will be with the EpiCX Adoption ‘A’ Squad. However, outputs should be flexible and transferable to other Adoption projects such as RDI, DCEN, Aspire, Enterprise solutions and others tbc.
