We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Timisoara or remote in Romania.

Our product, Haufe Zeugnis Manager, is a mature market-leading product in the domain of HR services, that enables companies to provide qualified reference letters for their employees in a simple and intuitive way, while at the same time using legally compliant text modules. We are an Agile team of 9 colleagues committed to making the product even more successful and providing value for our over 6500 customers, including large German and international companies.

What hard skills are required?

• Proven experience with Java2EE and JavaScript
• Experience with some of these: SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Gradle, Test Automation
• Nice to haves (experience with some of these): React, Webpack, SOLR
• Good algorithmic skills
• Worked on products rather than just in projects
• Understanding of market success, customer satisfaction, and aim everything towards it
• Availability for on-call during public holidays
• Computer Science Education is not a must, but preferred
