Our psychometrics+AI tools (psychological measurements of personality) are built on an open access platform to enable individuals to safely use our tools and get personalized feedback for personal growth purposes, as well as job matching.*

Required:

• have at least 1 year JavaScript programming experience
• knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• are proficient with Git
• have good sense of aesthetics
• feel good about working in a “remote first” and startup culture
• speak good English
• communicate well and openly
• want to contribute to a product that will have an actual impact

and optionally:

• you’ve worked in a product company at some point
• have experience in backend programming (node.js or Java) or have a willingness to pursue toward a full stack engineering role
