Currently we are looking for Customer Support Representatives, for our client, innovative and dynamic tech company, operating in the cutting-edge field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering friendly, professional, and knowledgeable support via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, documenting interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries, providing feedback to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base and support documentation to empower customers with self-service resources.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Empathy and patience to understand customer concerns and provide empathetic support.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries.
