We are seeking a dedicated childcare professional to provide nurturing care for our 6-year-old child. This full-time position requires flexibility and a deep understanding of elementary school-aged children.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving childcare in a safe environment.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities, including educational play, arts and crafts, and outdoor recreation.
- Assist with homework and educational tasks as needed.
- Prepare snacks and meals for the child.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in childcare, particularly with elementary school-aged children.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including travel.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Love for nature and animals; we have a small puppy dog.
