What the role is:
The Sourcing Specialist is a Talent team professional that is viewed as a Partner and has excellent knowledge of their candidates segment. You will be responsible for supporting the entire recruiting process for all assigned roles.
In this role, you will be passionate about developing candidate pipelines and screenings. You will work closely to implement excellent hiring plans and follow a process that attracts and hires top talent, to take Genesys to the next level.

What you’ll bring to the table
You are keen on working in an international environment, and supporting the companies recruitment efforts understanding hiring targets, and implementing proactive recruiting strategies to accomplish complex hiring initiatives. You will be functioning as a specialized component of the Talent Acquisition team adding value throughout the process and with knowledge on where to search and identify passive candidates. You can take advantage of your education and eventual prior experiences to be fluent in profiles, competitors, and the technology industry.
Some details about what you will do:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to source talent by providing experienced professional selection.
- Applying methodologies to ensure we are making great sourcing and selection decisions.
- Proving a high level of candidate care and setting up talent pools.
- Managing our ATS and tracking key performance metrics.
- Conducting LinkedIn searches and market mapping for current and future roles.
- Promoting our roles on social media.
- Constantly pipeline candidates to meet immediate business requirements.
- Coordinating and attending recruitment events
Minimum requirements:
- A strong background recruiting across various functions, levels, and roles
- Experience in sourcing strong candidates utilizing social media other professional networks
- Enjoy working on ATS and managing the recruitment process effectively
- Having an eye for detail and multitasking, whilst retaining focus on key priorities
- Excellent team player and being part of a cohesive team.
- Stakeholder administration skills with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ask questions about the job before you go to an interview
