Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions positioning customers for success with awareness of Genesys Products.
- Be comfortable leading technical and business discussions both in front of the customer and internally.
- Architect the solution meeting security and data compliance standards
- Present and demonstrate proposed Genesys solution features as required. Perform knowledge transfer of the delivered solutions after the engagement as necessary.
- Work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently to deliver the projects.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience.
- The role requires good interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as writing skills. The candidate must be keen to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Good verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) in the English language and an additional European language (desirable)
- As a candidate You have practical experience in the following technology areas:
- SIP and Voice based solutions
- (A)synchronous messaging and social media
- Artificial Intelligence and Bot solutions
- Web technology (HTML, Java)
- Understanding of business (digital) transformation and how they relate to customer experience technology
- Experience with software integration into large and complex environments.
- Networks and network security concepts (Encryption)
- Data privacy and GDPR related topics
- Reporting and Analytics skills on CX platforms
Desirable Skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience with Cloud Application support & Cloud APIs
- Experience in web application development methodologies
- Cloud computing and related technologies such as Azure, AWS, GPC, Docker, K8S, Redis, and others
