The team is located within the area Group Data Management and Reporting within CFO-division and is designed to improve Group-wide data quality and related processes and to automatize processes within Group Data Management and Reporting. To this end, definitions, functions and processes are harmonized across the Group to create a common basis and in the process increase the efficiency and speed with which data is analyzed, processed or forwarded to regulators. The department provides a DQM Governance and steering, the innovation framework and best practice including policies and end to end processes.

Your Tasks

• Formulate User Stories, draw Mock-Ups and drive the implementation, testing, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Process and Data Quality Monitoring application (BI Monitoring Portal) with regards to requirements from internal and external Stakeholders by applying Design Thinking Methods to ensure an optimal User Experience.
• Act as Group Reporting Landscape Owner by supporting Local Reporting Landscape Owners with guidelines, policies and best practices to fulfill internal and external compliance requirements with regard to documentation as well as providing added value for Report Owners.
• Evaluate applicable state-of-the-art techniques, methodologies and technologies in order to identify cost saving potentials and act as role model for driving the corresponding change.
• Design, set up and perform trainings (class room, on-line, FAQ's) on product functionalities for end users as well as for management.
• Align with other Product Owners and Project Managers and suggest priorities with regards to interdependencies and avoidance of sunken cost.

Your Background

• University degree (BA) (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and/or Computer Science)
• Preferably, additional education (i.e., certifications, trainings, etc.) in Design Thinking, Scrum Product Ownership
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, previous experience in the area of Process and Quality Management is an advantage
• Working knowledge in Figma, Elastic/Kibana in SQL and noSQL databases, Python, JIRA/Confluence
• Team player, organized and effective person
• Business Fluent German and English

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.635,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
