-Planning, organizing and coordinating daily transport activities, by taking over and following the execution of domestic and international transport orders for the assigned fleet

- Prospecting for transport opportunities (contacting current clients, partners, potential clients) in order to establish commercial relations.

- Developing the portfolio of orders by attracting new customers.

- Permanent documentation in relation to international legislation in the commercial and transport field

- Establishing optimal travel routes and monitoring races;

- Preparation and verification of the documentation specific to the transport activity;

- Informing/contacting clients regarding transport;

- Taking transport orders and planning them;

- Registration in the computer system of the courses performed/to be performed.

- Ensuring the flow of information from and to drivers

- Respecting the targets related to the performance and quality of services
