DATAWARE, is a company built on a European model, with expertise and experience in creating and implementing turnkey solutions, by integrating software, hardware, network equipment and communications. Our approach is to deliver customized solutions according to the specific needs of the beneficiaries. We have skills in integrating and adapting new solutions to be compatible with those which already exist within the user system.

The expertise and experience gained in a wide range of implemented projects allows us to address the entire life cycle of integrated and complex information systems: installation and configuration of hardware & communications infrastructure, analysis, development, testing, implementation, hosting, maintenance, administration, support & consulting, technical support, content management, security and data protection audit.

1. ORGANIZATION

DATAWARE is a Romanian company with fully private capital, established in 2011 with headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, which allows us to hire highly qualified IT specialists.

The company has a strong component of involvement in the adoption of new integrated business concepts, using outsourcing resources to optimally meet the requirements of our customers.

▪ DIGITIZATION : we offer solutions for the transition process from data available on paper to data in digital format and their collection in databases

▪ DIGITALIZATION: we implement and/or develop software applications, that meet the requirements and needs of the beneficiary, which highlight the digital data collection to which the customer has access

▪ DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: we develop new business applications that integrate digital data and digitized applications without disrupting the clients’existing systems, and giving the client freedom to choose which services they wish to access

▪ INTEGRATION: we implement complex ICT systems, based on middleware solutions, for the integration of both software modules (component part of the offered solution) and applications already in operation by the beneficiary

▪ INTEROPERABILITY: we offer solutions that allow existing ICT systems to provide and accept services between them, to allow them to exchange information directly and efficiently

▪ DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: we implement document management solutions that ensure not only the storage and registration of documents in the system through the electronic registration mechanism, but also their management through a set of information about their content and relevance, ensuring centralization and provision to the client of all documents (according to the level of access), regardless of how they enter into the system (their creation by authors, by e-mail, by labeling and metadata of OCR documents, by automatic generation based on electronic forms) or their type - text documents, e-mails, faxes, scanned documents and even images - which are the basis of the smooth running of the beneficiary's activity.

▪ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE: the implemented business intelligence solutions ensure the identification, extraction and analysis of the data available to the client, offering the support of a management based on clear objectives, measurable and assumed both by the institution/ company and its employees at each executive level. The offered Business Intelligence system supports the daily activities of the institution/company through specific functionalities of updating information in real time, secure access to data from any location, easy to perform analysis by any user, without specialized support, etc.

▪ PAS (Process Automation Solution): process automation solutions allow the collection of relevant data from any document that generate repetitive activities, eliminating human intervention.

▪ eLEARNING: we implement eLearning platforms to support the educational and training process at institutional/company level, including technologies based on virtual reality that provide visual experience of a common reality, displayed either on computer screens or on special 3D displays which also include additional information (eg: sounds, etc.)

▪ INFORMATION ANALYSIS: we offer data mining solutions through which large amounts of data are analyzed and which extract relevant information from them using mathematical and statistical methods, we implement predictive models to help anticipate changes and support decision-making. At the same time, we implement solutions, that meet the operational needs of the beneficiary, based on web intelligence, artificial intelligence and machine learning

▪ BUSINESS CONTINUITY: we offer solutions that allow the continuity of the beneficiary's activity,at least at the level of critical functions, in the context of emergencies (natural disasters, pandemic, malicious damage, etc.), but also those resulting from technical nature events

▪ VIRTUALIZATION: we have the experience and expertise to implement virtualized solutions based on Microsoft and VMWare technologies that ensure the running, on a single physical system, of several applications and operating systems, but also the treatment, as a common part, of IT resources which can be assigned to the virtual machine in a controlled manner.

▪ MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT (MDM) : implemented MDM solutions (both local and cloud-based) allow the management of mobile devices (including laptops) in a consistent and scalable way increasing the device's portability, ensuring institutional/corporate security and functionality.

▪ SECURITY : we implement solutions to protect systems and computer networks against theft of electronic data or damage to hardware, software and against interruption or mismanagement of services (eg solutions such as perimeter protection (Next Generation Firewall) , Web Application Firewall, SIEM solutions, Security Fabric solutions, etc.)

▪ TECHNICAL SUPPORT: we provide services such as: SLA (Service Level Agreement), Warranty, Maintenance, etc.

▪ TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: support services for the transition to production, transfer of technical knowledge, etc.

▪ IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY ICT PROJECTS: PMBoK and Agile are the methodologies used in the implementation of IT&C projects.
