Since our founding in 2007, we’ve expanded our team to include skilled electricians from Romania, Ukraine, and South America. We’re now looking to enhance our diverse workforce by sourcing talent from other EU and non-EU countries.
Position Overview:
As the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our electricians in Germany. Your responsibilities will include logistics management (transportation and accommodation), liaising with German authorities and companies, and occasionally assisting with recruitment efforts targeting South Slavic countries for electrician and electrician helper roles. Occasional travel to Germany may be required, expenses covered by the company.
Ideal Candidate:
We’re seeking a proactive, self-starter who can quickly grasp new concepts and possesses strong operational skills. Key qualifications include:
- Fluency in German and English is a must(English is the internal office language)
- Working knowledge of Russian is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Brasov(Romania) as the position requires being at the office. (we can initially help with providing a place to stay)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €2,000 to €3,000, depending on qualifications and company performance.
