What you'll do:

Make the world a safer place. Be one of the key fullstack developers of the company building features which hundreds of employees and thousands of users use every day. 

Your focus from the start will be Java and backend API development and there are opportunities further to get involved in mobile and front end development.

Enhance our architecture and bring your ideas, expertise and critical thinking to help shape the best identification platform on the market.

Be part of the Scrum team and processes whilst playing a vital role in building a secure, reliable, scalable and high performing platform.

Qualifications

At least 5+ of professional experience in software development with product based services

Strong proficiency in Java core, language specification knowledge and the following frameworks: Spring or Play! and Ebeans or alternative ORMs

Experience in service-oriented architectures and in depth knowledge of REST and API development

Solid database skills (modelling, SQL )

You feel comfortable with all elements of the software development lifecycle

You are conversationally confident in English (at least C1) - spoken and written; other languages are a plus

Desirable: University degree in a STEM subject

You feel comfortable in a group of developers with whom you make the right technical decisions for products.

You are able to articulate yourself in a high-level architecture environment and interact with other teams.

You have experience working in an international, remote environment where autonomy and proactivity are required.
