In this role, you will be responsible for providing Service Desk support, application maintenance, and troubleshooting for procurement platforms like Coupa, Ariba, and Ivalua.
As a key part of our Managed Services team, you will handle user inquiries, resolve technical and functional issues, manage system updates, and support release management. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients will ensure smooth system operations and high-quality support.
- Client & Supplier Communication – Engage with internationally based client teams and suppliers
- e-Procurement Solutions Expertise – Develop a strong understanding of procurement platforms. Primarily focus on Coupa, with opportunities to expand expertise in other procurement cloud solutions
- Key Functional Areas – Supplier Enablement, Coupa Service Desk, Release Management.
- Global Collaboration – Work within a diverse, highly engaged global network to ensure seamless delivery.
- Consulting & Innovation – Contribute to thought leadership, skill development, and sales initiatives as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub.
- Cross-Department Liaison – Build relationships and coordinate with IT, Finance, AP teams through calls and emails.

Working Conditions:
- A hybrid working model but mainly working remotely from home within Romania but with ability to work from Accenture’s Romanian offices e.g. Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest etc.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English that will allow you to communicate effortlessly and build meaningful connections; speaking multiple languages is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and explore new tools and technologies
- Experience with procurement software (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic about building strong relationships and love working with others to achieve great results
